Estimate Agreement & Warranty Policy

HOMEDOC CONSTRUCTION LLC
By accepting an estimate, proposal, invoice, or work order from HomeDoc Construction LLC ("Contractor"), the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
ESTIMATES
• All estimates are based upon the information available at the time of inspection.
• Hidden conditions, unforeseen circumstances, code requirements, or additional work discovered after project commencement may require adjustments to the original estimate.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
PAYMENT TERMS
• A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The remaining balance is due upon substantial completion of the project.
• Materials, scheduling, and project mobilization may not begin until the required deposit has been received.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by applicable law.
CHANGE ORDERS
• Any work requested outside the original scope of work must be approved by both parties.
• Additional work may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Client shall provide reasonable access to the project site.
• The Client shall disclose known conditions that may affect the project.
• Delays caused by weather, permitting, inspections, material shortages, utility interruptions, or circumstances beyond the Contractor's control may impact project timelines.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HomeDoc Construction LLC shall not be responsible for damages resulting from acts of God, hurricanes, floods, fire, vandalism, structural failures unrelated to the contracted work, normal wear and tear, or modifications performed by third parties.
LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
HomeDoc Construction LLC proudly stands behind the quality of its workmanship.
We provide a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on labor performed by HomeDoc Construction LLC for the original Client and original project location.
This warranty covers defects resulting directly from improper workmanship performed by HomeDoc Construction LLC.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Lack of maintenance
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Water intrusion caused by unrelated building failures
• Structural movement or settlement
• Storm, hurricane, flood, fire, or other natural disasters
• Manufacturer material defects
• Alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by others after project completion
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period after discovery of the issue.
HomeDoc Construction LLC reserves the right to inspect the claimed defect and determine the appropriate corrective action.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Materials, products, fixtures, and equipment may carry separate manufacturer warranties. HomeDoc Construction LLC makes no warranty beyond those provided by the manufacturer unless expressly stated in writing.
